Software & Tools

• Coding Environment: Please ensure you have the necessary software installed for coding (e.g., Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ, PyCharm, etc.). Make sure your development environment is ready to go before the event starts.
• Collaboration Tools: We recommend using [GitHub/GitLab] for version control, and [Google Docs/Notion] for collaboration and brainstorming.
• Other Tools: Any additional software you may need for your project (e.g., design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop, or frameworks like Node.js, React, etc.)

Charging

• Ensure your device is fully charged before the event begins. It's a 24-hour event, so we recommend having a charger nearby and possibly a backup power source (like a portable charger) to keep you going.

Comfortable (but Appropriate) Clothing

• Dress comfortably, but make sure your clothing is appropriate for an online event. You’ll be on camera in some sessions, so wear something you’re comfortable in, but still professional if you’re presenting.

Stable Internet Connection (Virtual Participants)

• A reliable and stable internet connection is crucial for smooth participation in the hackathon. Ensure you have access to a strong Wi-Fi signal or an ethernet connection for the best experience.

Headphones with Mic

• For clearer communication during team collaborations or workshops, headphones with a built-in microphone are recommended.

Keep Your Space Clean & Respect College Facilities

• Please keep your workspace clean and tidy throughout the event. Dispose of trash properly and be mindful of the college facilities you’re using. Treat the space with respect and help maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.
